Returns & Handling

Quality is our highest priority. Always has been, always will be. If you're not happy with the quality of your product, let us know. Here’s how we can help:

  • Tavi Noir will issue a refund for manufacturer defects if the product is returned within the one-year warranty period. Tavi Noir does not warrant its products against normal wear and tear.
  • All Tavi Noir items being returned for other reasons must be mailed back up to 30 days after purchase with the original receipt in new and saleable condition and in the original product packaging. The refund will be the cost of the product(s) less the cost of shipping.
  • Any order discrepancies must be reported to Tavi Noir within 30 days of our invoice date.  Please contact us with you invoice number and item descriptions immediately. Please retain your original shipping packaging until the discrepancy has been resolved.
